This is a hybrid role based at recently refurbished offices in Birmingham, offering a friendly, team-focused environment and a host of great benefits.You’ll be joining a supportive payroll team responsible for delivering high-volume, end-to-end payroll in a business that values accuracy, efficiency, and a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities include: • Processing payroll from start to finish across multiple cycles.• Ensuring statutory deadlines and internal service level agreements are met.• Resolving employee payroll queries with professionalism and clarity.• Supporting audit requirements and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation.• Collaborating with HR and finance where necessary. Skills & experience required: • Strong experience processing end-to-end payroll.• Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory obligations.• Confident communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders.• Detail-focused and able to manage deadlines under pressure.• Previous exposure to HR processes would be an advantage but not essential.
