The Role
Collaborating with a well established client in the Walsall area, we are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Executive with excellent communication, confidence and people skills both in person and over the phone.
You will contact warm leads to enquire about potential orders and maintain relationships, attending trade shows to network, meet customers and gather new business leads, answer questions about products or the company, go the “extra mile” to meet customer requirements and sales targets, and keep records of calls and sales and note useful information on the CRM system. This is a fast paced environment where you will be used to working to targets as part of a team.
The Person
With experience in sales you will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, have a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, be eager to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to customers. You will have used a CRM system before and will have a good track record in sales, having worked to targets.
Experience in Sage software is advantageous but not essential.
