At Cleeve Court, we’re searching for motivated, compassionate leaders to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care in a supportive, homely environment.
Your Role:
* Lead and motivate a dedicated care team.
* Deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
* Manage shifts, rota cover, and staff supervision.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
* Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and care standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* A strong communicator with a compassionate approach.
* Experience in senior care roles (a plus).
* A proactive team leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
