IFA Administrator
Medway, Kent
£25,000-£28.000
Friendly, growing IFA business with a fantastic attitude for their high standards towards clients and their team are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator due to business growth.
Duties include:
* Working closely alongside Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
* Preparing meeting packs for the advisers
* New business processing, life, pensions and investments
* Some group scheme administration
* Keeping their back-office system to date, Intelligent Office
* Using various provider platforms each day
* Liaising with providers, handling client enquires
* Valuations and reports
* Ensuring administration and compliance is completed to a high standard, ensuring compliance is adhered to
Person criteria:
* Friendly, cheerful personality
* Professional telephone manner
* IFA administration experience, somebody with experience of working with various platforms
* Good attention to detail
* Inquisitive, asks questions, keen to complete tasks to a high standard
* Comfortable with compliance/FCA regulations
* Team player, passionate about pursuing career within financial services
Additional information:
* 100% office based, Medway
* Monday-Friday, 8.45-5.30pm
* Salary range: £25-28,000
* Quarterly bonus, up to £2000 per annum
