The Production Account Manager is a pivotal member of the ITG team, carrying responsibility for client service delivery, operational excellence, innovation, project management and team support - creating partnerships with our clients.
This will be a 12 month FTC role.
This role has been created primarily to manage the end-to-end production of POS for our client's garage & store re-fit project covering artwork creation, print, fulfilment and delivery. Where workload allows, you will also get involved with the production of campaigns, range changes and other ad-hoc jobs to support our team.
The re-fit programme is important to our client and can be challenging at times with changing deadlines and requirements. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of managing similar projects with the ability to juggle multiple requests without any issues whilst keeping on top of the delivery deadlines.
You will need experience of briefing artwork and managing through a studio team, litho and digital print buying, along with administrative excellence in all invoicing, work-in-progress, briefing and supplier management. You thrive in a fully client facing environment and understand the nuances between integrating yourself into a client's marketing team and being an Account Manager delivering the best to your client.

Key Responsibilities:
Client focus
* Building strong relationships with our client to understand their business, strategy, and objectives.
* Management of the garage & store re-fit programme, communicating effectively with key stakeholders throughout the process and ensuring all agreed deadlines are achieved.
* Stock management - owning all aspects of stock management relating to the store refit project and liaising with ITG production team to ensure allocations correct for future despatches.
* Delivering best in class client servicing, and continuously driving improvements to the ways we work.
* Working closely with our supply chain to ensure projects are on time, on-brand and meet the brief.
* Providing regular reporting on account and commercial performance.
ITG
* Best in class account services - timely, effective communication, critical path adherence and excellent production management skills.
* Financial management - accurate and competitive quotes, on time invoicing.
* Leveraging the ITG network to ensure each brief is considered but also includes recommendations for how to evolve our client offering through innovation or new services.
* Ensuring all quality-control policies are adhered to through the implementation and continuous monitoring of best practice, while continuously looking to improve ways of working.
* Team player - keeping Head of Operations & AD updated on workload and offering production support across other areas of the account.
