Efficiency and Quality Improvement Manager
Tech Connect Group is seeking an experienced Efficiency and Quality Improvement Manager to join our team in Farnborough. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for driving best-in-class standards through Right First Time (RFT) principles and maintaining quality standards and documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with production staff to identify areas for improvement.
* Analyse production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Lead and support medium- and long-term projects aimed at improving efficiency and quality.
