What you'll do:
1. Lead the Duty Team: Manage referrals, inquiries, and day-to-day operations.
2. Support & Empower: Provide guidance and supervision to your team.
3. Safeguarding Champion: Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures.
4. Care Planning Expert: Oversee Care Act assessments, S42 inquiries, and support plans.
5. Decision-Making: Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.
Who you are:
1. Registered Social Worker: Hold a Social Work degree and be registered with Social Work England.
2. Strength-Based Approach: Passionate about empowering individuals.
3. Excellent Communicator: Fluent English is essential.
4. Team Player: Collaborative and supportive.
