This role plays a pivotal part in driving our strategic vision, representing our members, and influencing government and industry stakeholders.
Why Join Logistics UK?
Logistics UK is at the forefront of the transport and logistics industry, driving meaningful change in key policy areas. Whether leading the charge on decarbonisation or shaping the future of road freight and regional logistics, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact.
As the Head of Decarbonisation Policy, you will own and lead Logistics UK's sustainability agenda, devising strategies to drive the industry's transition to net zero across all logistics modes.
Logistics UK, formerly the Freight Transport Association, is one of the biggest business groups in the UK, representing the entire industry with members from the road, rail, sea, and air industries, as well as the buyers of freight services such as retailers and manufacturers whose businesses depend on the efficient movement of goods.
An effective supply chain is vital to Keep Britain Trading, directly impacting over 7 million people employed in making, selling and moving the goods that affect everyone everywhere.
