If you are ready to take your career to the next level and shape the future of HR in a thriving business environment, we want to hear from you Job Responsibilities The Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for the following: Partner with senior leadership to design and implement effective HR strategies that align with business goals. Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design. Lead recruitment initiatives, ensuring we attract top talent while enhancing our employer brand. Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs that make us an employer of choice. Lead and support key organisational change initiatives to enhance performance, employee engagement, and leadership capability. Implement and maintain policies and procedures that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Taking an active part in HR processes including attendance, capability and disciplinary meetings as appropriate, advising management in line with Company best practice. Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Leading and supporting on projects to support the development of Group initiatives. Utilise and maintain our HR Software system, UKG. Any other duties to support the needs of the business. Experience And Qualifications Third level qualification in HR related discipline. A passion for working with people and excellent communication skills. A proven track record with at least 3 years of progressive HR experience. Ability to prioritise workload. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing day-to-day prioritise with long-term objectives. Attention to detail. Experience of reporting. What do we offer?
