Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills are required with a commitment to team working as well as being able to demonstrate working using own initiative. You will work closely with GPs, community paediatricians, children and young people and their families, our partner agencies and Commissioners to deliver a quality service. An Enhanced DBS with checks against the Children's and Adults' Barred Lists will be obtained during pre-employment checks. Applicants will be required to see children and families face to face within a community setting.
