Service Demand Planning Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Service Demand Planning Associate to join our team on a contract basis for 9 months (inside IR35). This position offers hybrid working, with 2 days a week on site at our location in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize digital tools to monitor demand and supply of service activities, exceptions, and imbalances.
* Regularly update customers on case changes to ensure effective communication and project success.
* Identify supply issues associated with established plans and resolve by collaborating with stakeholders.
* Support weekly Demand-Supply balance meetings by providing insight to enable specialists to build a supply overview and manage demand.
* Monitor system data quality to ensure optimal process performance.
Your Background:
* A level educated or equivalent.
* Previous experience in demand planning functions.
* Experience working with CRM Systems and making decisions based on data analysis.
* Familiarity with operating enterprise information systems (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM).
* Previous experience working in technology-led environments (ideally in healthcare).
Compensation:
Hourly rate: £15.00 - £17.00 PAYE or £19.89 - £22.55 Umbrella.
