Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Apprentice Producer to join our team, supporting a wide range of creative projects across different mediums, including live events, digital content, community engagement, and arts programming. This role offers hands-on experience in producing and delivering creative work, with opportunities to develop skills in project management, event coordination, and creative production.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Support:
1. Assist in the planning and coordination of creative projects, from concept development through to delivery.
2. Support the team on project timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
3. Provide on-the-ground support during events, workshops, and other live activities.
4. Work closely with artists, designers, and external collaborators to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Creative Development:
1. Support the creative process by helping to develop ideas, gather research, and prepare presentations.
2. Contribute to creative development sessions, offering fresh ideas and perspectives on projects.
3. Assist in creative development shows, podcasts, videos, events and workshops.
3. Administrative Support:
1. Maintain accurate project documentation.
2. Help with booking venues, liaising with suppliers, and coordinating travel arrangements for creative teams.
3. Support internal communication by preparing meeting notes and updating project trackers.
4. Community Engagement:
1. Assist in coordinating outreach activities, ensuring they are inclusive and engaging for diverse audiences.
2. Support the delivery of workshops and events aimed at fostering creativity within the local community.
3. Act as a point of contact for participants, ensuring they feel welcome and supported.
Learning and Development Opportunities:
