Outdoor Events Site Supervisor; Full time, 37.5 hours, 5 out of 7 days per week.

As a Venue Supervisor, you will be at the very centre of the customer and team experience, ensuring that our customers have the best Experiance of the Activitys we offer.
The role is varied, exciting and challenging. Your responsibilities will range from coaching and mentoring the team on shift, to ensuring the venues and Equipment is a safe and fun environment for customers. You will be hands on across all areas of Battlezones Venues; Preparing Equipment, Basic Site Maintenance, Supervising Casual Staff, Organising Customer activities, responsible for cleanliness and Transport of equipment. Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, venue Supervisors are trained across all event activities we offer & in all areas of the venue to support the effective operation of the business.
You will support the Area Manager with back of house duties, as well as running an exceptional operation front of house. You will be responsible for delivering great Activities; Archery, Paintball, Lazer Tag, Airsoft, Quad bike riding & More! Whilst having high professional and service standards.
To be successful you should have:
Experience in outdoor Activities & Events, (preferable but not essential.)
Experience in fast paced, customer-facing environments ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industries (preferable but not Essential.)
Be passionate about customer service
Organised with planning skills
Confidence in inspiring and leading teams
Flexibility to Work predominantly Weekends schedule working 5 Days out of 7 weekly
