We're looking for a Senior Digital (BIM) Construction Coordinator to join our Build Team based in London Location : Based out of one of our London offices with travel to site required Hours : 37.5 hours per week, flexibility on start and end times available if desired What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Digital (BIM) Construction Coordinator you'll be working within the Digital Team, supporting them by focussing on enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use Your day to day will include: Liaise with the information management team to ensure the use of the common data environment (CDE) is set-up, adhering to ISO 19650 Contribute content towards the production of monthly reports to identify and measure digital implementation and maturity within the business unit and across relevant projects Supporting the project team(s) with fulfilling standards, methods and procedures using specified software and workflows. Contribute to the BIM Execution Plan and other documents that are produced for the project(s) Responsible for raising awareness and the profile of digital implementation within the business unit / project functional departments including business development, work winning, estimating, design management, building services, commercial, planning, operational and SHEQ driving our cultural and behavioural change to a digital first mentality What are we looking for?
