They are searching for a driven, enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join their NIVEA and Eucerin team .They will provide on the job training and development so that you can gain hands on experience within a fast paced, multi-national marketing environment. As a Beiersdorf Marketing Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting their brand teams, gaining hands-on experience within the dynamic world of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Working with trusted brands like Nivea and Eucerin, you will contribute to various marketing activities, developing valuable skills and knowledge in a leading global company. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and build a strong foundation in marketing. In this role, youll work towards your Level 4 Marketing Executive qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Manage the creation and fulfilment of sample orders for marketing activities. Provide support to the brand teams during annual media campaigns, gaining valuable experience in campaign execution. Manage the creation and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring smooth procurement processes. Support the management of product assortments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Request and analyse data from Nielsen to provide insights for marketing decisions. Assist with new product launches, contributing to the successful introduction of products to the market. Assist with the coordination and localisation of artwork and pack shots for different markets. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: A foundational understanding of marketing principles is beneficial, but extensive knowledge is not required. Excellent organisational skills and time management abilities are essential for success in this role. A strong eagerness to learn and progress within the marketing field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Grade 4/C in English and Maths at GCSE is required for this role.
