Carbon60 are currently looking for a Customer Operations Advisor to join a client of ours based on the Isover site in Runcorn. This position is a temporary role with an ASAP start.
Our client is a large engineering company that specializes in many different engineering services. To do this, our client often bases themselves on their customer sites; in this case, it's Isover.
Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 8:00-16:00 Monday - Friday, 30 mins lunch, 12 weeks temp - perm
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Service engineers that visit stores
* Booking items in/out correctly using on-site IT systems
* Stock checks and housekeeping in the stores area
* Inventory management
Essential Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
* Experience within a stores/warehouse environment
* Engineering background or previously worked within an engineering environment to recognize components easily is desirable
* Must have a valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle
* Understanding of quality checks in stores environment with goods in/goods out desirable
* Active FLT License - counterbalance highly desirable
* If an active license isn't held, the candidate can still be considered but won't be trained or involved in FLT duties. Refresher can be provided for those with an active license
* Basic level of IT literacy and numeracy (data entry and remembering part numbers, etc. and stock counts)
* Communication skills for a customer-facing role
