What You'll Do:
Customer Coordination:
Regularly review customer contracts to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Maintain and update customer portfolios for accurate reporting.
Oversee the onboarding process for new customers.
Manage customer-specific data and requests to guarantee business continuity.
Communication:
Attend customer meetings and calls, bringing in subject matter experts as needed.
Liaise with the Operations Team to ensure timely and high-quality task delivery.
Respond promptly to customer queries via email and phone, ensuring excellent service within SLAs.
Identify action points from meetings and track progress to resolution.
Project Involvement:
