Overview: CPMS have an exciting opportunity for an Office Support Apprentice to join the team in Renfrewshire. You will gain an SCQF L6 Diploma in Digital Applications Support. Duties: Systems Expert: Become a Superuser in internal CRM, an internal CPMS by AMP Computing, collaboratively keeping records and updates regarding on going reactive and planned jobs for our clients. Data Management: You will learn to be an expert in Sage Construct - This system is where CPMS work collaboratively to log all the jobs that come in from clients. We keep this up to date by inputting updates supplied by operatives as they attend the jobs. CPMS also use this system to raise purchase orders for their operatives for materials and also subcontractors when required. Compliance Savvy: You will use Citadel every day, this is Network Rail’s bespoke system, all jobs sent in from Network Rail are logged on this system. CPMS operatives send in before and after pictures of all the jobs they attend and CPMS then upload them to Citadel to allow Network Rail to view the progress on the jobs. Upload quotations to this system to request approval from Network Rail and log regular updates against each job.
