The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting research and analysis to support planning applications.
* Engaging with stakeholders such as local communities, government bodies, and developers.
* Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports on planning proposals.
To Be Successful, You Will Need
* A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years of practical town planning experience.
* Strong understanding of planning regulations and legislation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
