Key Responsibilities: Support clients throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. Request and manage data from energy suppliers/clients to facilitate the tender process. Produce electricity and gas quote templates and manage supplier communication Maintain customer records ensuring updated regularly onto the system Creating customer invoices Handle client queries, ensuring timely and effective communication. Develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers to support seamless service delivery. Proactively identify opportunities to support clients further. Experience and Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. A proactive self-starter who can pick up tasks quickly and work independently.
