What you'll be doing
As a Customer Service Advisor in our Homeownership team, you'll support your own portfolio of customers, alongside four other team members. You’ll guide your customers through their homeownership experience, with real care and attention.
Location: The Maltings, Bath
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm, Tuesday-Thursday
Start Date: April 1st, 2025
Key responsibilities include:
1. Handle property questions about tenancy, sales, and legal matters.
2. Guide customers on service charges.
3. Manage garage lettings.
4. Help with repairs and building works.
5. Build community relationships.
6. Keep clear and accurate customer records.
