What skills and experience we're looking for
The main duty of this person is to provide efficient administrative support for school operations, with a focus on student welfare (medical) and finance. This role ensures a welcoming environment for students, parents and staff while maintaining accurate records and supporting the school's financial systems. The successful candidate will need to be organised, able to prioritise, with a good level of education and either have some experience working as a Welfare or Finance Assistant or have an organisational background. This post requires a flexible person with a good standard of literacy and numeracy, who relates well to others and is keen to make a difference to the prospects of the young people on the Selsey peninsula.
