We have an opportunity available for a HR Services and Payroll Manager to oversee the payroll and HR services functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while driving improvements and leading a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the Payroll and HR Services teams, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations for the entire organisation.
2. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers to align payroll services with strategic goals and deliver value.
3. Oversee audits, reporting, and payroll changes, resolving complex queries, and acting as a trusted expert on all payroll matters.
4. Drive improvements by optimising processes, managing third-party providers, and ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
5. Support and develop your team, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

1. Strong expertise in payroll operations, legislation, and compliance.
2. Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience managing complex data and reporting.
4. Confidence in managing third-party contracts and evaluating service provision.
5. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and service excellence.
