- Good track record with CQC reports

- NOT required to be nurse qualified
The Role
Compass Associates are working with a private elderly care provider who operate a remit of care homes across the UK and are now looking for a new Home Manager to oversee the day to day operations for one of their services in West Lancashire. Due to recent hires and an ongoing change management programme the business are now looking for a new Home Manager to improve care quality standards, staff morale and overall operational performance in hopes that the home is successful for many years to come and staff feel empowered to further their careers within the group.
The provider is looking for an experienced Registered Manager, preferably someone who has managed a nursing service, who can help drive on recent successes and create a positive culture to allow staff the opportunity to provide the best care possible.

The Candidate
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to run a successful care home, with a positive staff culture and compliant in line with CQC requirements. This position requires a positive person who can motivate and empower a competent staff team, as well as being commercially savvy and ensure the service goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.

Location
This role is based in West Lancashire and is commutable from Southport, Liverpool, Wigan, Preston, Warrington, Bolton, Blackburn, St Helens & Ormskirk
