About the Role
2025 is set to be a game-changing year for SBS, and we’re looking for a driven, hands-on, and results-focused Ad Operations Manager/Director to join our growing team!
This is a pivotal role in our expansion, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving start-up environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Youll be instrumental in executing standout omnichannel programmatic campaigns, working closely with the SBS Commercial team and our amazing clients to build innovative media plans that drive success. This role also involves collaboration with our Milan-based Ad Operations team and will report directly to the Managing Director.
We need someone who is not only meticulous in execution but also confident in presenting to clients—bringing a commercial mindset that sets them apart from the typical Ad Ops profile.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Client Success– Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and best-in-class service.
* Innovative Media Planning– Develop and execute out-of-the-box programmatic strategies that push boundaries and exceed expectations.
* Industry Engagement– Represent SBS at industry events, positioning us as a thought leader.
* Performance & Insights– Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and consistently smash client KPIs.
* All-Hands Mentality– Whether troubleshooting, pitching, or supporting internal projects, you’re ready to step in!
What We’re Looking For
* 7-8 years’ experience in programmatic advertising, business development, or digital media operations.
* Vast hands-on knowledge across the AdTech ecosystem, with experience using various technologies to execute and optimise campaigns.
* A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Strong blend of hands-on campaign execution expertise and commercial acumen.
* Ability to build and nurture agency relationships to fuel growth.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
* A true team player—not afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
