About The Role
We are looking for a Trust Services Partner to play a key role in supporting our local NHS Trust teams. This is a critical position that provides remote customer support to Trust medical workforce teams, managers, and Doctors Direct doctors, ensuring that all interactions with NHSP are quick, simple, and helpful.
In this role, you will be a trusted point of contact for both the NHS Trusts and doctors, offering expert advice and guidance on queries that the recruitment or placement teams may not be able to resolve.
The on-site Client Services Team is responsible for filling bank shifts efficiently while ensuring that doctors' requirements are met or exceeded. As a Doctors Trust Services Partner, you will focus on building strong relationships with medical workforce teams and doctor communities, proactively identifying and addressing potential process or service issues. Our ultimate goal is to be a “customer-obsessed” organisation that delivers outstanding service.
This role is based at University Hospital Plymouth.
About The Candidate
We are looking for a highly adaptable, proactive professional with excellent problem-solving skills.
You should have:
* A degree or equivalent level of experience in a similar role.
* Experience following and adhering to processes and procedures.
* Strong complaint handling and conflict management skills.
* The ability to identify service improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement them.
* A background in customer service (preferably in a customer-focused or retail environment).
* The ability to manage high-volume internal and external customer enquiries while balancing conflicting priorities.
