The role of Field Support Supervisor / Care Professional:
Based at our Sheffield North Office 2A Sussex Road, Chapeltown S35 2XQ
Full-Time Permanent Contract - Progression Opportunity
Salary £24,997
The Field Support role is a full-time 37.5-hour Contract which consists of various tasks including Care Professional supervision, care quality monitoring, client support, office administration, on-call weekend rota and Care Professional duties, ensuring an excellent service and standard of care to our clients in the Sheffield South area. It is a varied role where you will get to experience and learn all about various elements of a client and Care Professional's journey at Home Instead.
1. 5 days per week office/field based
2. 37.5 hours guaranteed.
3. Weekend Office working on a rota basis (currently 2 in 4 weekends) – with 2 days taken in lieu the week before or after
4. On-call evening duties on a rota basis.
5. Care Professional duties where required for the business need
6. Availability to work alternate weekends when client requires (days to be taken in lieu)
7. Flexibility to work various shift patterns and schedules is a key element to this rewarding role.

18. Flexibility with an emphasis on exceptional quality of care
19. Experience of providing a quality care service
20. Ability to coach and mentor Care Professionals
21. Some administration experience is desirable
