We are seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join a collaborative billing team within a large global business based in Liverpool. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and enhance billing processes, working with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency. For the right candidate, this role offers: salary of between £30,000 - £33,000 hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) plus excellent benefits Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage client billing, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Handle large datasets and deliver precise reporting for business and client needs. Resolve billing queries in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Provide clients with detailed documentation tailored to their requirements. Review and enhance processes and controls to maintain high standards. Support ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.
