Requirements:
4. Safeguarding Enquiries : Lead and coordinate multi-agency safeguarding enquiries under Section 42 of the Care Act 2014.
5. Develop and Review Plans : Create and review safeguarding adult protection plans, ensuring they are person-centred and outcome-focused
6. Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other agencies, professionals, and the individuals involved to ensure a coordinated response
7. Case Management : Manage your own caseload effectively and support unqualified social care support officers
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
8. Social Work England registration
9. Eligible to work in the UK
10. Hold a full UK licence
11. Post-qualified experience
12. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
