JobSummary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced T&E(Travel and Expense) and Payroll Digital Technology Lead to joinour team. The successful candidate will be responsible foroverseeing the standardization and digital transformation ofT&E and payroll systems. This role involves collaboratingclosely with Digital technology and Finance teams to globallydeploy standardized tools, implement innovative digital solutions,and drive CIPs and automations in this space.
What are we lookingfor?
* Provenexperience in T&E and payroll digital technology, systemmanagement, or relatedroles.
* Proven experience inleading digital transformation and automationinitiatives.
* Strongknowledge of T&E and payroll processes, systems, and bestpractices.
* Proficiency inrelevant software and tools (e.g., SAP ECC/S4, Concur,Mobilexpense,Workday).
* Excellent projectmanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
* Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-orientedmindset.
* Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively with diversestakeholders.
* Familiaritywith data security, privacy regulations, and compliancestandards.
PreferredQualifications:
* Experiencein a multinational company or large enterpriseenvironment.
* Certificationin project management (e.g., PMP,Agile).
* Experience withrobotic process automation (RPA) tools andtechniques.
* Advancedproficiency in data analysis and reportingtools.
Whatwill be your keyresponsibilities?
* Leaddigital transformation initiatives for T&E and payrollprocesses.
* Identifyopportunities for automation and implement digital solutions tostreamlineoperations.
* Ensure alignmentwith overall company digital strategy andgoals.
* Oversee theconfiguration, maintenance, and optimization of T&E and payrollsystems.
* Ensure dataintegrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations andstandards.
* Develop andimplement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, anduser experience.
* Workclosely with finance and other departments to understand theirT&E and payrollneeds.
* Act as the primarypoint of contact for T&E and payroll-related technology issuesand inquiries.
* Lead andmanage T&E and payroll digital technology projects frominception tocompletion.
* Develop projectplans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure timely delivery ofprojectmilestones.
* Coordinate withinternal teams and external vendors to ensure successful projectexecution.
* Ensure T&Eand payroll processes comply with all relevant laws, regulations,and companypolicies.
* Prepare andpresent regular reports on T&E and payroll systems projectstatus.
