We have exciting opportunities for Band 6 Nurses to work across our PCN Sites within Surrey Downs Health & Care. If you are passionate about caring for people and making a difference within your community, we would love to hear from you!
The post holder is responsible for the ongoing management of patients and/or staff within their clinical setting, working alongside their team lead and taking the chain of command in their absence. This includes the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation, and evaluation of care programs, setting and maintaining standards, and supervision and deployment of staff, if appropriate. The post holder will also facilitate educational programs for basic, post-basic, and in-service training, in close liaison with the Learning and Development Team.
Main Duties of the Job
We are looking for nursing staff from all backgrounds, including those more experienced, looking for a change, or excited by the opportunity to work within the community.
Please note these roles require post holders to hold a current and valid driving licence enabling them to drive in the UK and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
We have our own Learning & Development Department that offers a range of courses and development plans, providing you with the opportunity to grow your career.

Qualifications
* Registered Adult Nurse with NMC
* Valid Driving Licence (to drive within UK)
