Talent Acquisition Lead - Recruiter / Semiconductors

Key Responsibilities for this position:
* Talent pipelines: Building and maintaining a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
* Oversee and refine sourcing, screening, interview and hiring process to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
* Working with the HR Business Partner, ensuring hiring managers are fully supported and trained in hiring practices to deliver a seamless candidate experience and consistent process.
* Building a network using clients' internal recruitment system to ensure a future pipeline of talent is built.
* Ensure GDPR compliance throughout the recruitment process.
* Data-driven insights: Using analytics and internal recruitment technologies to optimize the hiring process and predict future talent needs.
Key Requirements:
* 7+ years in-house recruitment/agency recruitment experience (ICT or semiconductor industry is preferred).
* Experience in designing and implementing structured, scalable recruitment framework.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize key recruitment KPIs (time to fill, cost per hire, candidate experience, etc.)
* Hands-on experience in process improvement and recruitment systemization.
* Ability to develop and execute high volume executive and niche hire strategy.
* Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a high performing internal recruitment team.
* Mandarin language skills are mandatory for the role.
