Now, we’re looking for a passionate B2B Inside Sales Representative to join our team and take our business to the next level.
About the Role
You will be responsible for selling Evolt 360 to gyms, fitness centers, health clinics, and wellness businesses. Your primary focus will be to showcase the value of our software and hardware solutions and demonstrate how they can transform our clients' businesses. You’ll be key in helping businesses leverage our body composition data and technology to retain members, attract new clients, increase revenue, sell more products, and make informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with gym owners, fitness center managers, wellness practitioners, and other decision-makers within the B2B space.
2. Consultative Sales Approach: Understand the unique challenges of each business and present Evolt 360’s technology and software as a solution that addresses those needs and drives business growth.
3. Demonstrations & Presentations: Lead product demonstrations, online and in-person, showcasing how Evolt 360 provides measurable value, improves client engagement, and drives business results.
4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a focus on securing long-term partnerships and repeat business.
5. Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure prospects and customers are fully supported, from the initial consultation to post-sale implementation.

1. Proven experience in B2B software & hardware sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
2. A deep understanding of the business benefits of technology-driven solutions and how to demonstrate their value to potential clients.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
4. A consultative approach, with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions that drive business growth.
5. Comfort with data-driven selling and an understanding of how to leverage business intelligence to inform and drive sales.
