Your Role:
* The provision, control and accounting procedures for Equipment Entitlement (EE) and Expense Accounts in accordance with current MOD regulations.
* Be a Unit representative for Unit Application Administrator (UAA) role, ensuring all unit personnel are compliant with MJDI regulations and supporting them with any IT issues.
* Ensure the provision, control and accountability of all relevant account documentation operate in accordance with Defence Logistic Framework (DLF) and company policies. This includes submission of unit replenishments lists; the recording of receipts and issue transactions and processing unit enquires.
* Ensure Quarterly Returns are despatched and received within the permitted timeframe and that the relevant register(s) are maintained.
* Ensure that the calibration process is completed in accordance with authority regulations and the relevant register updated.
* Ensure that programmed stock checks and regular “Snap Checks” are instigated on physical stock holdings.
* * Carry out the routine current Warehouse Management System. (WMS)WMS daily checks as laid down in the WMS publications and maintain the electronic security of the current WMS.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications: Grade 4 GCSE in Maths and English. Hold a MJDI MA / UAA Course certificate. Have a good level of literacy and IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
* Experience: To hold a business and Administration NVQ Level 2. With experience of working within an MoD stores environment. Alongside completion of an authority stores related course.
* Skills:A dynamic individual with a “can do” attitude who has good interpersonal and communication skills, (both verbal and written) with the ability to build productive relationships and networks with all stakeholders. Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively time manage your own workload, ensuring deadlines are met. With Excellent client facing skills with the confidence to deal with people at all levels.
* Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
* A full BPSS clearance is required.
