This Client Services Representative job in Farnborough is ideal for individuals with experience in providing high standards of customer service within a fast-paced environment.
You will be joining their Client Services team of 9, with the purpose of delivering great customer service through inbound and outbound calls. You will be booking appointments, responding to customer questions, resolving issues and replying to emails. You will be expected to make a number of calls and appointments.
Our client is an award-winning financial services business, so it is important you have an interest in this industry. The types of enquiries will include:
* Pension scheme members, and existing financial planning clients wishing to arrange appointments;
* Previous clients enquiring about previous business they have done
* Making outbound (GDPR compliant) calls to clients and prospects of the back of marketing campaigns with intention of booking appointments
* Rearranging appointments
* Other general enquiries
