Job Title: Account Opening Centre Consultant\n\nLocation: Leeds\n\nContract Type: Temporary\n\nStart Date: 20th May 2025\n\nWorking Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00\n\nHybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office (First 6 weeks is 100% office based for training)\n\nPay Rate: £14.02 per hour\n\nAbout the Opportunity:\n\nAt LLoyds Banking Group, we recognise the importance of assisting over a million business banking customers with their day-to-day needs. Our commitment to your growth and career progression means that there are numerous opportunities and next steps available after you have succeeded in this position.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nEngage with customers, demonstrating empathy and a strong desire to assist them.\nHandle standard administrative data processing tasks to support and enhance external client relationships.\nReceive and screen customers, callers, and other forms of communication, answering routine questions, providing information, or directing requests appropriately.\nRepresent customers by contacting internal and external sources to convey requests, provide instructions, or obtain information.
