About us
HealthRota is a Health tech company founded with the ambition to change the way the NHS manages its resources so that it can focus on patient care and avoid unnecessary administration. The company started with a marital problem; the founder's wife, an A&E doctor, was frustrated by the inflexibility of work time and was going to leave the NHS to re-establish a better work-life balance. Following many conversations about the value NHS staff bring to society, the founder (through HealthRota) decided to transform the way the NHS manages its resources to improve flexible working, re-empower NHS staff, and strip out inefficiencies for the Trusts running the NHS services.
