We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join an ever-growing team. In this role, you will maintain and enhance relationships with clients by upselling products while delivering exceptional customer service. The Day to Day: Contact potential customers via telephone, email, or social media to generate interest and sell our products. Achieve daily and weekly sales targets. Maintain accurate records in CRM and database systems. Attend events and networking opportunities to maximise business opportunities. Manage both incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Engage prospective customers through outbound calls, introducing our products and promotions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, keeping them informed about new releases and offers. What we'd like to see from you: Confidence in using IT systems, including MS Office 365, with a working knowledge of Excel. Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening. Customer orientation with the ability to adapt/respond. Manage time effectively. Experience in a target-driven environment. Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation abilities. Flexibility and adaptability. Your background: Experience in a call centre environment is ideal. Proactive and prepared to use initiative. Experience: Excellent communication skills and a confident approach. Ability to work well under pressure and handle demanding or challenging customers.
