The successful applicant must be fully committed to our vision and values and have a proven track record of academic success and whole-school impact. We are searching for a candidate that has experience of at least two different school contexts and is an outstanding classroom practitioner. Applications from English specialists are desirable however candidates that match our ethos, vision and values will be considered.

* Is an outstanding classroom practitioner;
* Is creative, innovative and solution-focused;
* Has the ambition to progress to Headship;
