Attendance Lead & Administration Officer St Bartholomew’s CofE Academy Permanent 37-hours per week/39-weeks About Us & The Role St Bartholomew’s is a one form entry primary school in Binley, Coventry, with it’s own nursery. We want pupils, parents/carers and staff to feel like they truly are part of our school and that our school is part of the community. We are eager to appoint an organised and enthusiastic Attendance Lead and Administration Officer who is committed to wanting the best outcomes for all our pupils. The role will involve inputting, monitoring and analysing attendance data to assist us in meeting our safeguarding obligations as well as contributing to the running of a busy school office. The successful candidate will understand the need for confidentiality, be converse in Excel and be able to work on their own initiative to tight deadlines. Key Requirements Are you: • Able to analyse data and prepare reports for various stakeholders including the Senior Leadership & Safeguarding Teams and Governors • Able to work with families to promote the benefits of good attendance • Highly motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude. • Able to work in a busy environment but keep to deadlines Relevant Allowances How to apply/ Additional Information We welcome applications from people that have experience of working in an admin role. School experience is not necessary, but you will be an attendance role model and champion so will need to learn school policies.
