IWS (WH) provides services in all aspects of water hygiene and legionella control including legionella risk assessments into the public sector, utility companies, industrial, commercial and retail customers.

The Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic team player, who thrives on new challenges, is super organised and can work to tight deadlines to join our fantastic bid team.
Reporting to the Bid Manager you’ll be responsible for producing high quality written responses for tender questions, meeting all evaluation criteria, helping to improve the company’s conversion ratio from submission to success for all IWS regions throughout the UK.
The work involves daily contact with our nationwide offices at a senior level, collecting and analysing commercial and contract information to write technical responses.
Being part of the IWS Bid Team means you will be included in each stage of the bid process, from opportunity through to submission. You will be set objectives and targets which will run in line with tender deadlines. Due to the nature of the work, you should be able to pursue and collate information within short timescales and be able to think outside the box using your initiative to acquire results.
What you’ll need:
1. A flair for creative writing,
2. Experience of project management and an ability to extract information from subject experts to produce high quality and concise bids.
3. A qualification in a Scientific and/or Sales and Marketing based discipline would be beneficial; however, an excellent standard of written English and attention to detail is essential.
4. IT literacy; confident with Microsoft Office applications.
