The Role: A great opportunity for a confident, experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established practice. Seeking innovative Vets looking to bring clinical expertise to aid growth and modern thinking ideas.
Hours:
* Prioritizing work-life balance, allowing enjoyment of local amenities.
* Open to flexible rota patterns, including school hours to support family time or hobbies.
* Offering a role between 20 – 40 hours to support ideal work-life balance.
* Dedicated out-of-hours providers looking after patients, allowing the team deserved downtime.
Support: A close-knit group of PSS-accredited practices established for over 30 years, with many long-standing staff members. Constantly striving for high care levels and looking for ideas for Quality Improvement. Keen to support certificate study and professional development, strongly supporting the successful candidate in developing clinical interests further.
Salary: Salary varies depending on experience, with up to £75,000 p/a (FTE) for the right candidate.
