We are looking for talented team members who are: Analytical, data driven and curious about business performance drivers Focused on driving efficient and effective processes Comfortable in challenging and supporting business partners in achieving accelerated growth Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a FP&A Lead, you will support the evolution of the function as we partner with the Vertical CFOs and CFO to enhance the timeliness, accuracy and automation of forecasting and analysis. The role will include owning Executive KPI dashboard tracking, accelerating insightful reporting to drive decision making and the roll out of tools such as Adaptive Planning to streamline regular processes. You will be comfortable analysing large amounts of complex transactional data to identify the most critical insights, which will help to drive continued growth in this exciting business. You will be required to build strong relationships across various teams and develop a solid understanding of the business dynamics across the different areas. What you will do Support the Vertical CFOs and their teams with regular reporting and business analysis specific to our sales channels and product offerings Working with the CFOs and Commercial Finance partners you will drive forecasting accuracy and challenge to ensure trends and opportunities are appropriately captured Enhance existing models to drive improved accuracy and foresight, redesigning the models to be drive base Own the Reforecast, Long Range Planning and Budget process templates, timelines and communication to meet tight deadlines and with the required insight to make informed decisions, challenges and deliver on next steps Analyze revenue trends and forecast variances include impacts of credit notes, outages, pricing, new on-boarding dilution, scheme fees and other penalties Build and maintain regular reporting and insights including a Product P&L with a vertical and/or sales channel lens. Complete competitive analysis to support central pricing policies and reprice activities Working to improve process and efficiencies between Controller teams and CFOs Manage a team of 2-3 people with responsibilities ranging from flash reporting, consolidation and template ownership Leverage complex data sets from various product systems to support your analysis and reporting Adhoc analysis to drill into problem areas as needed Who you are Bring expertise from the Payments Acquiring industry from a finance perspective Experienced in analysing country / division / product performance and identifying trends and seeing where best practices can be shared. A great communicator and adept at building relationships across teams, while exerting persistence and resourcefulness Must be logical, self-motivated, proactive, with strong analytical skills and a high level of intellectual curiosity Excellent time management skills, demonstrating high levels of accuracy, thoroughness and reliability whilst coping under pressure Strong system and advanced excel skills. Experience with Corporate planning tools advantageous.
