Role: Senior Care Assistant
Location: Clarence Park Nursing Home, Weston-super-Mare
Hours: 37.5 hour per week. 07.45-20.00, 07.45-14.00, 14.00-20.00, includes alternate weekends
Salary: Starting at £12.75 per hour (+£2 p/h overtime)
THE ROLE
We at Notaro Care Homes are recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Senior Care Assistant to work at our 40-bed Residential Nursing Home, Clarence Park.
As a Senior Care Assistant you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring a high standard of person-centred care and support is provided to the residents living at Clarence Park. You will provide daily care and support in line with residents written plan of care, adhering to CQC regulations and guidelines. You will also be a role model for the care team, supervising and inducting new care team members.

THE RIGHT PERSON
* Must have a Level 2 Health & Social Care Diploma (or above)
* Must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role
* Must have demonstrated the ability to work both as a team member and on own initiative

* Will attend training courses in line with personal development
