Address patient inquiries, resolve problems, and manage complaints with empathy and efficiency. Inform patients about our practice procedures and help them navigate our services smoothly Provide excellent phone support, answering calls promptly and directing them as needed. Have previous experience as a medical or healthcare receptionist is desirable Offer some flexibility is required as you may need to work additional or alternative hours to cover for colleagues.
