We are partnered with them to source a commercial powerhouse. You’ll be steering some of the UK’s biggest retail accounts, owning the full P&L, driving growth through clever commercial moves, and building relationships that last. This isn’t a backseat gig—you’ll be front and centre, shaping the future of the business.
Responsibilities:
* Owning and growing key grocery accounts. Opportunity to take autonomy of accounts outside of grocery.
* Ownership of P&L, leading commercial negotiations and JBPs.
* Develop the customer strategic business plan including an aligned promo, activation plan & investment plan.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience across FMCG sales in grocery.
* Resilient, ambitious and energetic.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
This role is on site 4-days a week in London Bridge.
