As the Executive Assistant to our Senior Sales Directors in the region Northern Europe, you are responsible for assisting in day-to-day missions! You will be the 'go-to' person 'in-the-know' to facilitate communication and solutions for the executive, team, and 3DS customers.
Role & Responsibilities
* Calendar and time management of the two Directors (Direct/Partner Sales), including organization of internal and external meetings, extensive travel planning, creating expense reports, creating eProcurement orders, internal and external communication, managing distribution lists, emails, Outlook calendars, and communication with customers, acting as a liaison for and with executives (including internal and external clients).
* Prepare high-level presentations (e.g., for sales activities) and be involved content-wise.
* Prepare quarterly reports.
* Actively anticipate request needs, demonstrating a genuine care for the Sales Leaders and facilitating solutions on a day-to-day basis.
* Serve as the interface between the managing team in Northern Europe and Headquarters, customers, and partners.
* Facilitate interactions with other organizations; ensure high quality of execution and service.
* Participation in and/or support for internal and external large-scale events.
* Set up processes and cascade process information throughout the team on behalf of the managing executive, communicating those processes towards the organization and among the assistants.
Qualifications
* Professional training as an Assistant or comparable bachelor's degree.
* Experience in a Sales environment / High Tech industry preferred.
* Ability to build relationships one-to-one and within teams and other organizations.
* Develop network by liaising with local colleagues and those abroad in our worldwide offices and key customers.
* Understand priorities and manage completion of multiple requests from different sources.
* Competent in expense reporting procedures, international conversions, and adherence to travel policies.
* Experienced in different digital tools (office package, etc.).
* Project poise under pressure, especially during sales closing periods.
* Fluent in English.
