About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage our branches across the Dorset, Sussex, and Kent region. This is a pivotal role, where you will oversee performance, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive regional growth. Your responsibilities will include: Leading multi-branch operations across at least two sectors (primary, secondary, SEN). Driving business growth by meeting targets and fostering strong client relationships. Mentoring and developing Branch Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional results. Strategically planning for sustainable growth and innovation in line with company goals. Championing safeguarding and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the education recruitment landscape while being an integral part of our Senior Operations Team. You will spend 3 days per week in the Southampton office to help build and shape the future growth for one of Teaching Personnel's key hubs in the South. About You We're looking for an inspiring leader with a proven track record in management and business growth, ideally within recruitment or a related sector. The ideal candidate will have: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing high-performing teams. Excellent commercial acumen and financial planning abilities. Advanced interpersonal and strategic influencing skills to build relationships with key stakeholders. A proactive, innovative approach with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively. A passion for education and the ability to align with our values of equity, diversity, and inclusion. While experience in the education sector is desirable, it is not essential.
