We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the HR team at our Bromborough site. This is a multi-site role and the candidate will be supporting the HR Manager with four sites in the region. The role is part time working 25-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
The job of HR Advisor is important to business success. People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop close working relationships with the Business management team to ensure that HR activity is managed.
2. Provide advice and support to managers on all HR issues.
3. Ensure a proactive approach to HR requirements.
4. Support group initiatives.
5. Contribute to a proactive communications strategy to all employees.
6. Improve skill levels at site.
7. Manage all employee relations case work at site.
8. Assist in the recruitment and induction process.
9. Provide HR guidance to site leaders.
10. Support the payroll preparation.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and CIPD qualified. Experience of HR best practice in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial as is having a good understanding of employment law.

Candidates must have the professional competency and influencing skills to win the confidence of the management team and the ambition to develop further.
