SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic white collar business who are currently on the lookout for a Learning Manager to come and join their established team.
We are looking for someone who is a proven team lead who is able to influence and guide a team of junior professionals to deliver training across the wider business. This role will play a key cog within the team and will be defining, implementing, and improving the learning strategies across the organisation.
This person will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, business managers, and other SLT team members and will be able to improve existing learning solutions but also identify improvements or new models for their team to use in on-site training.
Your skills will include:
1. Strong background within learning and development within a regulated environment
2. Proven leadership skills, having managed and guided a team
3. A highly strategic thinker who is able to influence at C-suite level
4. Proven experience in designing, delivering, and managing L&D programs
5. A proactive and commercial approach/work ethic
6. Strong project and budget management skills
Day to day responsibilities will include:
1. Management of a team of juniors to ensure standards are met
2. Implementing, designing, and enhancing learning programs
3. Focusing on risk management, planning, and resource management for your team
4. Collaborating with the wider team to design and improve the learning solutions that will align with the company's strategy
Package:
Salary of up to £80K depending on experience
Hybrid working pattern 2/3 days in the office, the rest from home
